  1. I'm not hosting a screening. Can I still buy the DVD?

    Yes. Click here or follow the BUY DVD link to your left.

  2. How can I share pages on this web site with other people?

    Every page on the CRAWFORD site includes a Share This link. Clicking on the link will let you send an email or SMS, or post a link to Facebook, MySpace, digg, or other sites.

  3. Those CRAWFORD t-shirts look neat, how do I get one?

    You can own a bit of CRAWFORD on high quality American Apparel t-shirts, or choose from a selection of other styles at the CRAWFORD T-Shirt Store.

    Want a limited-edition CRAWFORD specialty green shirt? Those are free for the first 50 people who sign up to host a Texas-Sized Screening Party.


Host Your Own FAQ

  1. How do I host a screening of CRAWFORD?

    It's easy. First, click here to sign up to host your own and register as a user. You will receive an automated email with your password. Use this to sign in and start creating your own event. Once you fill everything in, including the screening package order number, click "submit for review." From there, you will receive an automated email with instructions on how to finalize your event and get the party started.

  2. Can I host a private screening?

    Absolutely. You can have a private screening if you have a members-only group or organization, or if you are showing CRAWFORD at a private club or home.

    Take a look at any private event on the site here . We list the city and state, and any event title, etc, but the street address remains hidden for all private events. No one will show up at your doorstep, unless of course you list the address yourself in the body of your event page.

  3. Will my DVD arrive in time for my event?

    We use UPS for domestic shipping. It costs a bit more, but 3-day actually arrives in 3 business days, 2-day in 2 days, etc. UPS Ground should arrive in 4 business days, but is not guaranteed.

    IT IS UP TO YOU TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHIPPING METHOD. If you have a large group of people depending on you, don't be cheap and try to save $3 by choosing the wrong method. In a pinch, you can ship next-day air, but it's expensive.

  4. I created an event. How do I log back in to make changes?

    You can log in here, or click My Event Login on the left side of any page under the SHARE IT menu.

  5. I forgot my password.

    No sweat. If you forgot your username or password, go here, or on the login page click forgot username or password.

  6. How much does it cost to Host My Own Farewell to W.?

    There is no actual screening fee to host your event. All you need to do is purchase a Screening Party Kit starting at $50 for 5 DVDs to sell at whatever cost. You may also charge at the door if you wish.

    The first 50 people to sign up for the Texas-Sized Screening Party Kit for $100 receive a free limited-edition CRAWFORD t-shirt that they can sell at the event, give away, or keep for themselves.

  7. How do I find my event page to share with other people?

    When you are logged in to edit your event, click on Manage, and you will see a link to your event. Click on View and you will be taken to your event page.

    You can copy and past the page URL into an email to tell other people about your event. Or, you can click on the Share This link on any page, which will let you send an email, SMS, or post to Facebook, MySpace, digg, or other sites.
